The Weather Vault

I run The Weather Vault, a YouTube channel that explores how severe weather events have uniquely shaped history. As a meteorology student, I combine my knowledge of the atmosphere with historical research to describe the hidden influence of weather disasters on our modern world.

About Me

About Me

I was born and raised in the Austin, Texas metro area. I am an Eagle Scout as of May 2022 and have dedicated myself to understanding weather patterns and serving my community through leadership and service. I am also a member of the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL) and local county Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES).

Education

In my high school academics, I earned the College Board AP Scholar with Distinction award for two consecutive years for my performance across the 10 total AP exams I took during high school. In addition, I was a National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Student, for my score on the October 2022 PSAT/NMSQT.

After graduating from high school, I started studying at the University of Oklahoma in Norman in the fall of 2024. At OU, I am majoring in meteorology and currently serve in the OU Student Government Association as a member of the Undergraduate Student Congress, where I advocate on behalf of the student body.
